About Creating Reports

The simple report shows each transaction by transaction date, time, type, addressee, piece ID, postage amount, class, tracking ID (if applicable), and weight, along with a running balance. The simple report also shows the total numbers of stamps and purchases, as well as the monetary totals for both.

In addition to what the simple report shows, the detailed report includes shipping date, address details, optional services, package value, and total value of all insured items.

The Third-Party Insurance report:

• Lists only items with a declared value and third party insurance.
• Does not include detailed address information, only the destination city, state, and ZIP Code.
  To exclude the details and show only the sums, select the Totals only check box.

Sends report insurance data to U-PIC, a third-party provider of insurance.
